Self-Evaluation of Essential Skills

This is a self assessment. It can be completed with the assistance of a staff person if computer skills or access are limited.

Observational Evaluation

This is a tool to use in a workshop or classroom setting to evaluate the participant's essential employability skills while interacting with you and other classmates.

Worksite Evaluation

This evaluation of essential employability skills is initiated by a case manager, career navigator or coach when a participant is involved is subsidized (supported) employment.

Other Evaluations

These are evaluations that may be associated with a participant. Things like TABE, Casey Life Skills and other assessments. They can be tracked in the participant's Career Plan.
